1. Repairs and Services

• All services are final once completed and paid for.

• If a repaired machine develops the same issue within 7 days, we’ll inspect and re-service it at no charge.

• No refunds will be issued for completed repair services.

• Service call fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site.

2. Parts Sales

• New parts are non-refundable once installed or used.

• If a part is defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

• Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable.

3. Equipment Sales (Used Machines)

• All used machines are sold as-is and are final sale.

• We encourage customers to inspect or test machines before purchase.

• No warranty or returns unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
